Now in the shipbuilding industry,the production mode of mixed flow welding line has been widely used.Curved subsection can be seen as a step by step operation in different machining operator.The relative flow between different processing equipment and tools can be processed.This way will form subsection invariant,staff and processing equipment and machining tool flow between each subsection similar to the previously mentioned processing line production and processing mode,For the processing team,has great flexibility.so,it is necessary to study the scheduling of the ship hull surface welding workshop.It can improve the efficiency and economy of the enterprise to a great extent.In this paper,different types of curved subsection welding shop scheduling problems are studied in different chapters.First,in this paper,the concept of flexible mixed model assembly line and its expression in the process of ship hull segment machining shop scheduling are introduced.The single target Levy Flight based on improved PSO algorithm for scheduling problem,and verify its validity.Secondly,an improved multi-objective algorithm based on Pareto solution set is proposed and verify its effectiveness.The algorithm is optimized with the example of a curved subsection shop scheduling,the solution is compared with the previous literature,the superiority of the algorithm is verified.Secondly,it analyzes the uncertainty factors of the ship hull surface welding workshop.Then,we propose an event driven rescheduling strategy for uncertain factors.Finally,three typical uncertain factors are analyzed with different examples.Thirdly,a mathematical model for the spatial scheduling of ship hull curved surfaces is proposed.then,Based on the algorithm proposed in this paper,propose a map and pixel based scheduling strategy.Finally,in this paper,the proposed algorithm is used to schedule the batch scheduling of a shipyard in China,and compare with genetic algorithm,the results show that the proposed algorithm is effective and superior.At last,according to the related problems,the software development of the Basic 6.0Visual platform for ship hull surface welding.The software system is tested by the theory and examples presented in this paper,verify its feasibility.
