With the rapid development of the manufacturing industry, manufacturingexecution system becomes one of the important measures for manufacturingenterprises to improve their own competitiveness. This paper analyzes the presentsituation and the development tendency about the Zhe Jiang coastal area small andmedium-sized regional networked manufacturing enterprise and studies productionscheduling and tracking of MES. A culture artificial bee colony algorithm isproposed to solve scheduling problem. A bill of status model is proposed to improvethe tacking efficiency. Finally, all theories and methods are applied to themanufacturing system of an enterprise, which proves that they work well.To solve the production task optimization scheduling problem for regionalnetworked manufacturing, an optimization model was conducted. The model wasconcerned with total cost and finish date. A culture artificial bee colony algorithm(CABC) was proposed, which based on the culture algorithm and artificial beecolony algorithm. Double-layer evolution frame population space and belief spacewas used to solve the problem in this algorithm. CABC was to extract the excellentindividuals’ schema of the scheduling solution from the population space of artificialbee colony algorithm as the useful knowledge to form belief space. And the beliefspace was utilized to help generating initial population was put forward to improveinitial population quality. To improve search speed, the excellent individuals’ schemawas used to guide the neighbor search mutation in mutation operator and select thebetter bee from Investigation bee. Finally, the performance of the method wasevaluated through simulation. The results prove that the method can solve theproduction task scheduling optimization problem efficiently for regional networkedmanufacturing.To solve the problem of the low efficiency in tracking complex parts productionand processing status and the difficulty in the status information exchange in theregional networked manufacturing, by analyzing the composition of complex parts production and processing status and the process of status information exchange, billof status model is proposed. The model was constructed by bill of layers. In theprocess of constructing model, the bill was constituted of parts layer, manufacturingresource layer and task layer. The status values of all layers were calculated by usingbinary number and hexadecimal number, can achieve high efficiency of tracking bythis model.Based on the research above, the regional networked manufacturing executionplatform system was developed; this system realized scheduling and tracking. Theresults prove that the theories and method are effective and feasible.
