With the rapid development of social economy,the production of manufacturing industry has improved so much in quality,appearance and performance.Traditional manufacturing precision parts machining and has been unable to meet the current needs,so how to adopt new technologies,methods and concepts to promote the production of quality and efficiency in manufacturing is one of the key challenges facing China's manufacturing industry.CNC machine tools quickly occupied most of the market share of the manufacturing sector with its high precision,high production efficiency,and good advantage of composite.The widely application of FMS in a certain extent,solve the efficiency problems that exist in manufacturing,cost and quality issues.But with the tools and the increasing number of species,and how to FMS in NC tool for effective management tool to improve the quality and efficiency of the management of the enterprise is the new challenge facing the development of FMS.Based on the management status of NC tool to inspect the FMS combined the flexible line management's current demand for NC tool,this thesis using computer software developed technical design and implementation of a tool management system in.NET platform.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the types and characteristics of the FMS in NC tools,the development environment tools and techniques presented data coding system based on this design,and the system will be introduced,including the C # development language,VS2005 development environment and SQL Server 2000 database systems.Secondly,the actual business needs FMS tool management system is introduces,through the overall framework of the system,business functions and performance requirements and other aspects of the analysis,describes the system requirements analysis.Thirdly,based on the system requirements analysis,system design goals is introduced in this paper,and the overall architecture and design features of the functional modules for detailed analysis,while the conceptual design and back-end database table structure design of the system is also be described in detail.Finally,this thesis introduced the system implementation process and the realization of each functional module in the system by the use of.NET Framework and C # language,including the logic flow function module,the core code and operating results interface.The work in this thesis is based on system analysis and investigation of the application environment,in accordance with the development of the modular design and implementation of ideas to complete the work in FMS tool management system,through the effect of the implementation of the system of inspection,the system has been basically completed the scheduled management functions.Therefore,research in this paper has a certain practical significance and application value.
