In recent years, wind power industry in China has rapidly developed. In order to make turbines in the entire wind farm safely, reliably and economically operate in the electricity production process of large-scaled wind farm, which has very important significance to safely manage each fan monitoring. In case of the scattered and remote distribution of wind turbines, complex monitoring parameters, inadequate infrastructure and other objective factors, enhancing timeliness and accuracy of the security detection and management in wind farm system is particularly important.This paper firstly studies the overall architecture of the safety monitoring and management system about wind turbines. Under the J2 EE framework, the study applies MVC(Model- View- Controller) model to develop the system and extensively investigates all over the word in security monitoring and management of wind farm and data security monitoring and management system. Then the design goals and critical issues to be addressed in security monitoring and management system are given; The next work is to complete the overall design of the security monitoring and management system about wind farms. Hardware system is consist of the design of a central processing cluster module, storage system and Ethernet connection. And software system design includes the overall architecture of software platform and ARM platform migration. In addition, other auxiliary module designs of security monitoring processor are involved in the design of the safety control circuit, the system of concurrent circuit and serial channels. Finally, the job is to implement functions of security management and security monitoring and management system. of wind farms, including the module of real-time security monitoring and managing breakpoints, data analysis and security management module, central real-time security monitoring and management module and data operation module.
