With the continuous improvement of our country's urbanization progress,our traffic demand,especially the demand in terms of passenger traffic,is growing.The growing volume of traffic led to a sharp rise in carbon emissions.Impact of greenhouse gases on global environment now has reached a critical point.At present,research on the carbon emissions in China is still at initial stage,and tools for carbon emissions accounting is also not so common.With rapid development of information technology,recording and collating information on carbon emissions data by people will consume considerable human and material resources.What's more,this can not meet the needs of information sharing.Therefore,by means of related technology,a system need to be built that can provide a better platform for our study of carbon emissions.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Background of traffic emissions and international common method to calculate the carbon emissions are described.The meaning of low-carbon transport and urban passenger transport structure are also elaborated.(2)Carbon emissions management system has been designed to serve nationwide staff of carbon emissions based on our needs.B/S architecture is applied because of easy maintenance and upgrades.The system is developed based on Microsoft's.NET platform using C# language and SQL2008 database.Three-tier architecture is applied which is easy to manage and expand the code.Ali cloud server is included in the system.Ali cloud server provides the most secure,reliable computing and data processing capabilities.From security and shunt considerations,cloud storage is used in file upload.(3)Urban transport carbon emission system in the paper has achieved functions such as system login,carbon emission targets recording,data management,etc.The system can meet the need of urban carbon emissions staff to monitor carbon emissions and other needs so as to achieve a network information system of carbon emissions.(4)Carbon emission from passenger transport is growing in Guangzhou by measuring carbon emissions system.Transportation structure optimization model has been built with maximum efficiency and minimum carbon emissions target.Public transport must be vigorously developed,especially rail transport which is conducive to the development of low-carbon transport,if goal need to be achieved by 2020 through the optimization model.
