In the background of Made in China 2025 and Industry 4.0,the enterprises put their own manufacturing resources and tasks on the industrial Internet,to come true the sharing of resources and equipment among enterprises and improve the utilization of equipment,so as to quickly respond to the market demand,reduce the time and cost,and efficiently complete the manufacturing task.With the development of network technology and information technology,cross unit and trans regional enterprise cooperation is becoming more and more common.As an advanced production mode,the Inter-cell manufacturing can effectively improve the processing efficiency,reduce the production time of the enterprise and the cost of production,come true the sharing of equipment among enterprises at the same time.With the accelerated process of industrialization,the living environment of human being worsened.In order to reduce the emission of greenhouse gases,improve the utilization of resources,the green sustainable production model of low carbon manufacturing has become more and more highly praised by the manufacturing industry.Under the network environment,the Inter-cell scheduling considers the overall benefit of the enterprise comprehensively,so as to achieve the best goal.Therefore,this article explores the Inter-cell scheduling optimization for reducing carbon emissions under the network environmentA multi-objective Inter-cell scheduling optimization model is established,which aims at set up minimize the maximum completion time,the minimum total cost and the lowest total carbon emission.Based on the large-scale and discrete characteristics of the model,an improved artificial bee colony algorithm is designed to solve the Inter-cell scheduling model under the network environment.In the coding stage,the three segment coding mode based on process,processing equipment and manufacturing unit is adopted.In order to enhance the optimization ability of the algorithm,two different step size neighborhood search based on process coding and processing equipment selection is used to lead the bee's neighborhood search stage;in order to speed up the convergence speed of the algorithm,When lead the bee choose a bee,use championship contest selection to improve its solution efficiency.In order to test and verify the effectiveness of the Inter-cell scheduling optimization model and the improved artificial bee colony algorithm,an example analysis is carried out and the results of the Pareto solution are obtained.By comparing the improved algorithm with the pre improved algorithm on the result of the optimized target,it shows that the improved algorithm is better in optimizing the optimization ability;By analyzing the convergence speed of the improved algorithm,it is shown that the convergence speed of the improved algorithm is faster,which shows the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm is illustrated.The effectiveness of the inter-cell scheduling model in reducing carbon emissions in the network environment is compared with the results of carbon emission optimization goals without consideration of the results of carbon emission optimization objectives.
