Augmented Reality Aided Assembly refers to the Augmented Reality is applied to manual assembly areas,to reduce the burden of assembler cognition,to enhance the efficiency of the assembly.At the scene of the AR is applied to the assembly,owing to the high threshold of AR development,the lack of easy-to-operate to Augmented Reality Aided Assembly infomation planning software.Therefore,analyzes the composition of virtual information of Augmented Reality Aided Assembly,and proposes information planning operations according to the different registration modes applicable to different information.From the perspective of Knowledge Graph,this thesis analyzes the knowledge categories covered in Augmented Reality Aided Assembly,describes the ontology design and relation design of the KG.The knowledge source and extraction results of Augmented Reality Aided Assembly KG were illustrated with an application case of Engine Assembly.The virtual information composition of Augmented Reality Aided Assembly was studied,and the principle of 3D registration based on artficial markers is described.On this basis,the attributes and management methods of virtual information such as text,image,video and 3D model are put forward respectively.Based on the Coin 3D,a cirtual scene was set up for graphical interaction.Information Planning methods in Augmented Reality Aided Assembly are studied,and two methods,namely information planning based on pixel space and information planning based on physical space,are proposed.The XML composition of the Augmented Reality Aided Assembly process file is presented as the carrier of the information planning results.The general framework,data flow and hierarchical structure of the Augmented Reality Aided Assembly Information Planning System(ARAA-IPS)are described,the class design of the information planning system is completed,the operation process of the ARAA-IPS is expounded,and the effectiveness of the ARAA-IPS is proved with an application example.
