| According to the requirements of the national community service system construction plan, the governments in Yuncheng City, Wanrong County have set up a project named "smart urban and rural". Relying on the public service resources of local governments and following the concept of government, market and society trinity, the project aims to improve the constructive application of "smart urban and rural" and "social service management innovation mode'", and ultimately provide civilians with intelligent services and management basing on mobile internet and cloud computing technology, with the corporation's operation. Additionally, the "smart urban and rural'" project could also provide a convenient and pleasant lifestyle for urban and rural residents.Firstly, the study summarizes the domestic and international research progress and the relevant technologies. Then chapter two introduces the current situation of information management and provides the workflow and data flow chart, by which the functional requirements of the system are established. In the system, non-functional requirements with regard to system performance, fault-tolerant and safety are enhanced to ensure stable operation. The chapter three illustrates processes of the overall module design and implementation of the system. Additionally, we elaborate the system structure, and design of operating environment and development tools. Moreover, the main data sheet design, the logical relationships of several modules, the design and implementation of physical and logical data, as well as several data structure diagrams are provided. Afterwards, the function module design and implementation of PC terminal and mobile terminal are illuminated.Finally, the purpose and principle of the software testing, the test plan and the drive test of several case strategies are described in the study. |
