Design And Implementation Of Cost Management System For Mechanical And Electrical Installation Engineering In Construction Area

As the market-oriented price of construction product, the mode of BOQ valuation has ma de great effect in the engineering cost management. However, the reinvented BOQ system pro vides users information of local project cost quota, indicator, policy and material prices, instea d of providing integration requirements. In this paper, according to the system of information management of project cost in the field of engineering, it approaches to the cost control, opti mize management, efficiency enhancement of project construction.According to the requirement of BOQ valuation in the field of project costing, this paper designs a management system of BOQ valuation by Net Framework and C# language. First, this paper describes the current situation and analysis of application, in the field of engineering cost management, focused on seven sub-modules and their main functions. The seven sub-modules include engineering management, playlist editor, consumption, resource group price, cost calculation, list printing, and system management. The main functions are the engineering consumption list and calculation of other data, the statistic of characteristic of engineering project, resource group price, and calculation of charge. Second, according to the system requirement analysis, this paper describes the definition of BOQ and technical requirements of system development. It also describes how to fix various costs of BOQ, how to make the lists. Third, this paper analyses all the systems'functions based on the detailed design of system, especially focused on design of seven module functions, system E-R chart, system database and data flow-chart. Finally, according to achieving these functions, this paper generally describes how to implement the system functions and how to operate the system.By enriching information database and following the market fluctuation, the system could provide users a large number of information to manage the cost accounting and duration of project. In the meantime, the system could strengthen not only the network functions but also data analysis functions. In doing so, according to the rate quota database, material information and Intelligent Algorithms Analysis (IAA), it could forecast price, fulfill the quotation, lead the market.
