Design And Implementation Of Production And Operation Management System For Hailu Oil Extraction

With the rapid development of Internet,information construction has become more and more popular in the traditional oil and gas industry,and more and more companies have accelerated the pace of information construction and improve the traditional production and management level by developing information management system.Hailu Oil Extraction is a traditional manufacturing company that develops and produces oil extraction equipment.It is relatively backward in information construction.In order to improve the level of information management,this paper designs and implementes a comprehensive ERP system for managing the production and operation of company based on the business of the company.Based on object-oriented design,this paper combining business requirements designs and implementes a production management system for Hailu Oil Extraction,using ASP.NET and SQL Server 2014.In the system design process,the scalability and security of the system are carefully considered.The MVC framework and factory method design mode are used in the system.In order to protect the system security,Network isolation,database encryption,and rights management are used in the system.The management system is divided into twelve modules.The Business Center is an important management module,which is used to make plans,submit requests and calculate costs.Production management is used to assign tasks,receive materials,and inspect quality.Sales Management is used to manage sales orders and statistics.Purchase Management is used to manage purchase requisitions,orders,and statistics.Warehouse management is used to manage the storage and inventory of products and materials.Financial Management is used to manage receipts and payments.This paper analyzes the overall architecture of the system,the use case model,data flow,and the main modules of the system.Then this paper designs the conceptual model,database tables and the process of the system's core functions in detail,and demonstrates the system's implementation interface and core code.Finally,this paper shows the test cases for system functions.The system is currently in trial operation in the company,which operates stably and can meet the needs of production and operation.The system stipulates the enterprise management process and enhances the overall informationization level of the enterprise.
