Intelligent factory environment monitoring system is based on the Arduino,controller and Lab VIEW, which refers to the Ardunio control panels and modules as the lower position machine and PC as the upper computer to monitor the real-time temperature and humidity of the factory. Besides, temperature and humidity alarm value can be set to send out sound and light alarm.The system hardware is composed of the Arduino Uno, RS485 expansion board, W5100 /W5500 expansion board, LM35 temperature sensor,DS18B20 digital temperature sensor, DHT11 digital temperature humidity sensor and PC. The system software is programmed by Arduino IDE,Protues,Eagle,LabVIEW, Assistant virtual serial port and serial debugging assistant. The lower position machine by Arduino+RS485 module can realize long-distance data transmission, Arduino+W5100/W5500 Ethernet expansion board can realize long distance and network data transmission. The upper PC uses Lab VIEW VISA serial libraries and TCP/IP protocol libraries to programme communication, data transfer, data preservation, alarm value settings, sound and light alarm function,.Protues software software emulates hardware circuit, Eagle software draw the circuit board.Intelligent factory environmental monitoring system can replace the traditional monitoring system of temperature and humidity, which is able to intelligently collect environmental parameters, set temperature and humidity alarm.The new systerm is highly efficient, easy to use, has strong control characteristics and so on.
