As for the academy with engineering courses, the experiment teaching takes an important role. The laboratory is a significant teaching position as well as a main scientific research base which equipments level is often thought as an important symbol for the academy's teaching and scientific research level. According to the demand of university's subject construction plan, our task is to construct a suit of teaching system for network measurement and control laboratory based on virtual instrument and intelligent nodes which aim is to bring along the construction of relational subject courses and laboratory teaching system, upgrade the laboratory construction and scientific research level of our university.In this thesis, the relative technology of constructing network measurement and control laboratory is introduced briefly. We selected the laboratory virtual instrument engineering LAB VIEW of American NI company as software development platform for this task. The virtual instrument and LabVIEW are also briefly introduced. In data acquisition experiments system, we selected the PCI-6014 data acquisition card of NI company to acquire data of fieldwork. Accordingly, the PCI-6014 data acquisition card's performance, installation and application of software and hardware are introduced. At the meantime, in view of actual requirements for teaching and scientific research, we lucubrated the hardware of virtual instruments, developed a suit of intelligent nodes -FCS data acquisition and control module based on SOC technique by ourselves. This module can satisfy the requirements of laboratory as well as scientific research, replace NI data acquisition card, have the ability of measurement and control and self-development that NI data acquisition card doesn't have .The module's design is also the thesis's soul. We discussed the operating principle of intelligent linkers module, probed into its' software & hardware design and application. At the meantime, we elaborated on protocol design and implementation technique of the communication among PC, NI data acquisition cards and the communication among FCS data acquisition control modules base on Ethernet.Combined with present conditions, this task did academic and practical researches on the design and implementation of network virtual instruments measurement and control laboratory based on LabVIEW and intelligent nodes technique. The LabVIEW and network technique can save the investment of the laboratory apparatuses, advance and improve the network measurement and control means, make the testing results more accurate and visualized than ever, upgrade the laboratory equipments and teaching level.The task has been finished after more than one year's hard work. We got excellent results in practical laboratory teaching. At the meantime, it also supplies practical platform for relative curriculum programs and graduate designs of our faculty, provides an excellent scientific and research circumstance for relative teachers.
