Arduino control board,as one of the most popular open-source electronic prototyping platforms,is applied to the development and testing for industrial electronics and consumer electronics more and more often?Two topics will be covered in this thesis.One is the typical applications of the Arduino board in industrial testing and measurement,based on its IO(digital input,output and analog input)and ADC(analog digital converter).The other is to develop a PCBA(printed circuit board assembly)function test platform with Labview and Arduino,to answer the test and measurement requirements in device mass production.To start with,the features and highlights of the Arduino control board will be discussed,and function of each module concerning the board layout will be analyzed.Then,applications of Arduino IO together with Labview in measurement on temperature,migration length will be discussed.Approximate simultaneous testing by introducing multiplex signal and analog input precision control will be applied and verified.Discussion on Optoelectronics testing on LED strobes and acoustics testing on analog microphones will follow.And at last,case study will be available on how Arduino is applied to help improve the cost efficiency of test programming and platform development.In summary,the thesis offers complementary technical solutions with detailed case studies on Arduino's application in test and measurement,and confirms a higher cost efficiency coming with it.
