The rapid development in information technology today, businesses are seen figure of computer technology, communication technology is already integrated into the society and become a part inseparable. Libraries today explosive growth of information storage, a wealth of ideas provide excellent countless readers through the ages, we need a library management system for unified management of library users. Compared to traditional management, the new system has a convenient and accurate retrieval, data storage capacity, and low cost.Library management system includes front-end interface design and database deployment. Requiring a simple interface, fully functional, simple to use and easy to operate; and the need to ensure the security and integrity of the database, providing fast retrieval services. Based on the analysis based Air Force communications officer school library management system requirements based on the given design, and realized. The system consists of five subsystems: an interview subsystem, cataloging subsystem, circulation borrow subsystem, periodicals and retrieval subsystem management subsystem. Interview subsystem to provide the reader the actual needs of the investigation, to meet the needs of readers. Cataloging subsystem orderly cataloging books, guarantee of non-repetition. Providing reader circulation borrow subsystem basic book borrowing service. Periodical Management subsystem is able to manage the current issue of the Journal of binding shelves recorded. Easy retrieval subsystem readers library database access, using two hash retrieval algorithms can provide accurate search results faster. System requirements for the preliminary detailed design, consider the system multi-user management, library data security management, and database design, fuzzy matching and accurate retrieval methods to retrieve the database. During development, the system scalability and practicality have done a comprehensive consideration. The system uses Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 development, data stored in Microsoft SQL Server 2008, using advanced C# language implementation. Finally, the library management system overall test results show that the system meets the functional and performance requirements for the initial requirements analysis phase. Currently, the system has a good framework to facilitate future expansion.
