VANET (Vehicular Ad-hoc Network) is a kind of special high speed distributed mobile ad hoc networks with various mobile applications and services, and the related research on its application and development has been drawn much attention. A significant challenge in vehicular networks is to efficiently provide multimedia services with the constraints of high mobility, opportunistic contact, limited resources and service time requirements. In P2P-based VANET, since the nodes is unwilling to contribute resources, it will cause incoherent media organizations from the network service, so that the vehicle users are not satisfied with the media service, therefore the existence of a large number of selfish vehicle nodes will lead to a decline in the performance of VANET media services. To solve this problem, this paper makes the contributions as follows:First, we propose a repeated game-"more pay for more works" (RGMPMW) incentive mechanism based on "similar management". According to the bandwidth consumption, multimedia type and the number of service received vehicles, we evaluate the sharing contribution value of nodes, and then calculating the benefit of nodes from sharing contribution value. In order to maximize the efficiency, vehicle nodes will actively share resources, thus the incentive mechanism can guarantee the real time and fluency of multimedia services in the self-organized network.Second, in the effect of "more pay for more works" incentive mechanism, vehicles may exaggerate their contributions in order to get better media services and improve their earnings. In order to effectively prevent the possible false behaviors of vehicle nodes and ensure the real implementation of the incentive mechanism, we use evolutionary game theory and propose Evolutionary Game-based Veracity (EGV) game model. When the nodes have false behavior, they will be punished, and after the evolution game, the vehicle nodes will select the strategy "Truth", that is to provide the correct sharing contribution value. Therefore EGV game model ensures that all users in the network share the truth of the multimedia services. Many simulation and experiment results show that in P2P-based VANET with strong mobility, limited communication range and fast topology change, the RGMPMW incentive mechanism proposed in this paper can effectively encourage nodes to share their media resources, and at the same time the EGV game model can ensure that the vehicle users to make a real contribution, making the RGMPMW incentive mechanism to get real application and effective implementation. The simulation shows that in the analysis on the impact of various factors for the ESS evolutionary stable strategy EGV evolution model.
