| With the further promotion of Chinese economic system reform, the new policies of medical insurance are proposed constantly to better the social insurance and security system. It plays an increasingly significant role to upgrade the medical reimbursement system for urban workers. The benefit, justice and scientificity of decision could be improved.This system aims at enhancing efficiency, decreasing the expense of medical resource and satisfing the requirement of medical insurance policy. Furthermore, our system treats medical institutions, insured people and medical insurance center as the users. The medical institutions could search and insert the record of medical consumption of insured people, the insured individuals could search and apply for the cover of medical consumption and the medical insurance center could search and examine the reimbursement application. The system offers functions of medical consumption module, reimbursement module and user module to the users, ensuring the automation and scientificity of reimbursement management system.Our system takes advantage of B/S structure, which makes it possible for individuals to connect to the system via browser. It releases the pressure of the PC and reduces the expense of maintenance. The system utilizes SSH2, which are composed of struts2, hibernate and spring. The framework are based on java to detach logic, data and entities. Struts2 serves as the overall structure, controlling the transaction and Hibernate is utilized to sustain the service. Spring is in charge of search, locate, build and handle the relation among objects. Spring also makes Struts2 and Hibernate work better. Our system applies Redis as the cache for the MySQL database, which enlarges the capability of the system.In the final part of paper, the unit and system testing are carried out to make the system more stable and reliable. The testing make it more likely to the massive production and use of the system. |
