Perfect medical treatment insurance system is an important symbol of the development level of modern society, and the success of the medical treatment insurance system is an important part of the medical treatment insurance system. Medical treatment insurance system informationization for urban workers has important and practical meaning for all levels of management units, various types of medical treatment insurance institutes, as well as units and individuals.In this paper, the medical treatment insurance management system mentioned of Lin Ying County was developed in accordance with the above principles. The basic medical treatment insurance management service was carefully designed and fully consider. The requirement of standardization, modularization, and universal property had been explored and researched audaciously. The attempt of the construction of the core platform of social security insurance had been carried out effectively.①On the basis of studying domestic and foreign research current situation, we research the key technologies used in the process of medical insurance management system design and implementation, including the MVC design pattern, fuzzy clustering algorithm, SQL Maps and DAO data access technology. These technologies have provided the sufficient technical preservation for the successful implementation of the system.②Using UML demands analysis of software engineering, aim at the current status of medical treatment insurance center of Lin Ying county in He Nan Province, we analyze the requirement of system from the aspects such as defects of the existing system, the principles and objectives of the system, the main business processes of every departments of medical treatment insurance centers. We fully mastered function requirements of medical insurance management system of Lin Ying County, as well as all function modules of every department and every business processes and interaction among all function modules.③Based on the requirement analysis, this paper designs and implements medical treatment insurance system of Lin Ying County. This paper also designs architecture of medical insurance management system of Lin Ying county using MVC design pattern and predigests medical insurance management subsystem sub-system using fuzzy clustering, simplified interaction of every function modules of every business processes. Base on the technologies mentioned above, this paper accomplishs the reuse of function modules in the business processes.④According to the designed architecture and sub-systems partitioning, we implement medical insurance management system of Lin Ying County. This paper uses SQLMaps and DAO for data access in the control layer to reduce the amount of code for relational database accessed under the normal conditions. This paper realizes conversion from database to javaObject only use little SQL statement through SQLMaps.Since the system was put into use, it runs well and entirely achieved the goal of the design. System has complete and perfect functions, and it is easy to use and particularly adaptive to practical application of the medical treatment insurance service of county (district) degree. It benefits to improve management level of the medical treatment insurance service and improve its management efficiency, and enhance competitive power and service power, and obtain comfortable and satisfying effects. Recently, this system has been adopted by Medical Treatment Insurance Center of Yan Cheng district. It greatly improves the development of its medical treatment insurance work.
