Along with the social progress and the science and technology level unceasing rise, popular science piece as the public good mass science popularization one of effective means, is getting more and more attention by the country and the society. Animated science is born with the development of science, has formed a certain scale, it effectively expand the popular science films by means of expression, as a rigorous science piece into the animation specific exaggeration and taste, so that more people willing to enter the popular science films. Accordingly, the methods of content analysis and feature extraction are studied in order to provide some help for the accurate retrieval and quick browsing of Flash animations in this paper.1. Research on the definition of popular science animation, and through the research results, on the basis of the use of Flash animation technology, to complete a Flash science animation film production.2. Extract the features of popular science animation and scene design by the production of this film, in order to explore the application effect of Flash in popular science animation field.3. in the popular flash animation short film. The production process and analysis combined with two-dimensional vector animation and visual effects of science film, animation modeling and scene design process specific changes.With a flash animation techniques and the public nature of the popular animation combined to create a new form of art. In this paper, in this new form of art as the object, in actual short animation making based, research and analysis, on popular flash animation art design and production technology of beneficial exploration, for animated science practitioners to provide development ideas and experience from cases.
