Flash Animation Design In Vocational And Creation

Globally, the animation industry has become a huge industry. In order to promote the nation's animation industry to catch up, Our country has issued a series of measures to support the development of the animation industry. China's animation industry is under the situation where the country has strong policies to promote, market has strong pull, and "interaction effect" is very conspicuous. A large number of large-scale vocational schools besides colleges and universities are scrambling to set up animation major. However, teachers in vocational schools are lagging behind the quality, especially artistic foundation. There are two characteristics of the traditional animation .Firstly, it generally takes 3 -5 years to produce a good animated films; Secondly, The high quality of the staff with a strong art foundation is necessary. Therefore, the traditional way to produce cartoons is not suitable for the students in the vocational schools. With the popularity of the Flash animation, students can design and create cartoon with the help of the new technology.This paper analyzed some rules and characteristics of the Flash animation design and manufacture through the concrete Flash animation manufacture practice. And it had a systematical combing of the entire Flash animation manufacture flowing from three aspects,which were the artistic designing,script design and later period manufacture of the Flash animation. The paper also told us Flash animation had more vivid characters on production process than traditional way. Comparing with the traditional way, Flash animation has own characteristics and operator schema especially in the expression ways,means of production and pre-planning .
