With the development and progress of science and technology, manufacturing level and technology has entered a new era. However, the improvement of the manufacturing technology can not guarantee the improvement of product quality.Anytime, the products made by factory have a uncertain quality. Unqualified products without an inspection test will flow into the market which can bring damage to users and consumers. Nowadays, in the power, mining, manufacturing, oil refining, steel and other industries using the heating system boiler equipment. To ensure the safe operation of various types of monitoring and control equipment will be installed, and the flame detector is one essential thing, so the flame detector product quality is related to the boiler plant can operate safely.In this paper, according to actual needs, the researchers designed a flame detector integrated test platform to flame detector for the object, quality inspection and performance tests after the product off the assembly line.The test platform includes main detection plate, flame signals generator and LED digital detection device. The main test platform detection plate embedded ARM processor, provides excitation to the flame detection device via a serial communication interface control flame signals generator, flame detector power, output digital signals, analog signals, switching and other functional parameters comprehensive testing, measuring flame intensity and frequency of the output, fire information, status information, and the parameters detected by DBGU (Debug Unit) debug unit RS-232C interface transfer to the PC host computer for processing. Through software programming and hardware debugging circuit jointly realize the data receiving and processing detection and control of the host computer and the next crew of the other functions. By accumulating detection, you can continue to expand the data store to quickly identify the specific cause of substandard products, product maintenance gives suggestions for improvement. LED digital detection device can wearing the device LED aging screening and batch testing to ensure that the flame detection monitoring device key components qualified.The test platform can be used to detect all with 4-20 mA output current, relay, Modbus communication industrial products and power consumption of industrial products. Besides, flame signals generator can also work independently.LED digital detection device can be applied to the factory testing.
