| In recent years,with the high-speed development of education in China,the number of colleges,universities and vocational colleges is increasingly getting bigger and bigger,so is the scale of universities and the number of students,colleges and universities with many campuses become very common.Meanwhile,the management made in higher education is transforming from academic years system to credit system,which raises a high requirement for bigger amount and new functions in the university education administration system.Though computers and information technology have been used to improve educational administration in universities,the actual application is still at the initial stage,owing to the lack of uniformed standard in educational administration,it is rather difficult to realize resources sharing and system interoperation.Some systems have standardization only for data,but it is not really system sharing,so it becomes especially difficult to realize information sharing.As a result,part of the current systems in use is facing the need of being updated.Based on the analysis and the course of the study,the use of modern information technology and related network platform to build a new College Educational Management Information System.The system not only includes a variety of information taught in educational administration,and in order to achieve information and sharing of resources,all kinds of information were unified and standardized management,so it can improve the efficiency of educational administration at a great extent.Throughout the system development process,the author based on the current actual situation of educational administration,system requirements were analyzed,in the needs analysis process,mainly from the administrator,teaching,students,and the Senate needs of system administrators of four angles a full range of analysis;after the completion of system requirements analysis,designed the basic framework of the system,including performance management,curriculum management,school management,teaching project management,resource management,and management of teachers teaching six modules.After the basic system framework,the entire educational management information system for detailed design and implementation.After completion of coding and implementation of each module,the entire system is tested in all aspects,through the system of detailed test results,the system can meet the needs of educational administration. |
