| Nowadays, with the development of social economy, politics and culture, Chinese museum enterprise vigorous development, the museum is also facing some problems such as development is not balanced, cultural service quality level provided to the public is uneven, lack of sustainable development of museum and so on. Facing these challenges, in twenty-first Century the museum on the road of cooperation and development is a historical necessity, the development of the museum will be from the pursuit of their own development to common development. Nowadays the museum people begin to pay more and more attention to some practical problems, including to promote its attraction to the public, to make the museum merge with the messes, to make the most use of the museum resources to make contributions to the socialist cultural construction, and to deepen the cooperation of the museum in order to improve the quality of service,explore the new area in cooperation and development of the museum. The article tries to discuss the feasibility condition of the cooperation and development of the museum in China, and tries to establish the theoretical system of museum cooperation, so that provides a few research approaches and references for further study.In recent years, the article on this topic is a single aspect, specialized discussion, such as online collaboration in museums, significance of the establishment of museum collaboration, museums and libraries, archives of cooperation, such as a type of cooperation, or to evaluate the exhibition after the end of an exhibition. The paper mainly analyzes: the cooperation between the museum themselves, the cooperation between the museum and the enterprise, the cooperation between the museum and the school, the cooperation between the museum and the social masses, the cooperation between the museum and the government, the cooperation between the museum and the homogeneous institution as well as some related media institution, by analyzing and studying its cooperation contents: do the exhibition, talent and technology cooperation, site cooperation, academic research cooperation, cooperation ways: alliance establishment, building museum group and establishment of cultural functional areas of the body. And through the case depth analysis of the museum cooperation in the field of achievements and insufficient still exist, to explore the feasibility of cooperation in the development of China's museum.
