In the previous Informatization process of tax system, the tax department of Guangxi's cities has established its own data sub-centers and has improved the management level and efficiency of the industry. But these tax data scattered around the city and was lack of effective integration, has formed "islands of information", which not only caused a serious waste of hardware resources, but also make it difficult to share each city's data. Currently the biggest flaw of province-level tax information is that it has not achieved tax data aggregation and integration of the whole province, and has caused the inconvenience for the preparation of fiscal policy, so this article is to use tax data SYBASE to achieve decentralized summary and integration in Guangxi district tax information system's design process. The main work is as follows:1.To realize each city's provincial tax collection and management system based on the real time concentration of data warehouse and SYBASE replication server technologies;to realize the analysis functions,such as simple query, statistics summary, decision making, tax intelligence and so on according to the standard design of J2EE technology and the realization of data applications platform.2. In this paper, the waterfall model of software engineering has been designed as the main line and a more detailed description of Guangxi land tax centralized information management system'sbusiness requirements, functional requirements, system architecture design, database design and function design has been introduced. Besides, the relevant detailed design process of data extraction and concentration, report query, data collection, user-defined query, treasury reconciliation, systematic management has been given.The system has been completed and put into use; from the application point of view, the system has reached a preliminary intended purpose, has provided users with a user-friendly interface and has displayed powerful capabilities. It has also achieved Guangxi land tax'shigh degree of sharing and centralized data processing, and effectively improved the abilities of tax information collection.
