This paper is focused on the data integration process of power-generating groups in heterogeneous environment. It discussed the fundamentals of system integration and rose up an integrated solution based on the power-groups' current situations. Every aspect of the solution was discussed in detail. It realized the transformation from general theory to enterprises' economic value.First, it analyzed the importance of integration in heterogeneous environments. Heterogeneous environment is a common situation in most current application systems. Because of historical or other reasons, application systems in most enterprises have not been considered as a whole, which result in the information systems' orderlessness and rulelessness. They stay on isolated information islands. We call them unique tightly-coupled systems in depths and various loosely-coupled systems in broads. In such systems, it is very difficult to share data which result in the difficulty of information transportation between departments and rough-and-tumble use of shared data. All these bring great inconvenience to enterprises. These problems can be solved through data integration.In the following chapter, it firstly discussed the current theory and methods of data integration, compared their virtue and shortcoming and summarized their different application environments. And then, based on the power groups' operation features, an integrated process model was put forward.From chapter 3 to chapter 6, every part of the integrated system was discussed in detail: In chapter 3, it focused on the construction of universal enterprise integration data model. The objective of modeling, the modeling data architecture, process of modeling and data storage were the main topics. Chapter 4 is the most important chapter in this paper. With a long period of words, first, it discussed the data-copy-technology-based integration thinking and heterogeneous problems in integrated systems. Then, detailed methods for every kind of data collections were brought forward. At last, it gave some suggestions about the data adjustment. Chapter 5 aims to the data consumption. The forms of data consumption are various, but in the power groups, all kinds of reports are the most common used data process result. So, how to build and publish reports are discussed in this chapter. Besides, enterprise portal integration and network management integration were also talked about. In the last chapter, it gave the power group some suggestions about the system implementation and physical topologies. At this time, a whole integrated enterprise data process platform was completed.
