This paper introduces the database conceptual design and physical design of the system database design. In the realization of functions, this article focuses on the vehicle management, the order management of the two modules are discussed, each sub function module realization procedure and effect diagram is given.The development of car rental system based on.NET platform, realizes the data management using MySQL database, development mode of B/S network structure mode. The system realizes the system management, car rental vehicles management and order management and other functional modules. At present, the system has been running on the line. The system will greatly improve the transaction rate and management level of the car rental company, expand business channels, in order to realize the full range of customer service, strengthen exchanges and communication between enterprises and customers, improve the economic efficiency of enterprises.
