The Design And Implementation Of Housing Rental Information Management System Based On J2EE

With the rapid development of computer network technology, a great majority ofenterprises and institutions’ daily businesses have realized network management. Housingrental businesses in housing intermediary companies are also embarked on a cyberspacewith the development of network technology. As the hot rising housing rental businesses,how to improve the efficient management of the housing rental businesses is the mainproblem at present. In view of the current problem, a housing rental informationmanagement system based on J2EE is designed and implemented.The housing rental information management system uses B/S structure mode basedon JSP development platform and the back-end database employs SQL Server2005withSSH framework, all of which construct an application system with a multi-layer structure.The modules of the system include system management, basic information, rentalmanagement and financial management module. Basic information contains four aspects:owners’ information, customers’ information, housing information and report design. TheInterface layer is achieved by using JSP and custom tag library technology. In thisframework, Struts framework takes charge of the separation of performance layer andlogic application layer which makes the system structure more clear; Hibernate frameworkis acted as the persistent tool to complement all the operation on the database. With J2EEbased platform and the technology of MVC open-source framework, the developing ofhousing rental information management system has the advantages of clear hierarchy,excellent expansibility, modular design, easy portability and platform independence. Withall this open-source components, the complexity of the system design and the couplingbetween the layers are reduced remarkably. A three-tier technology utilized in this systemmakes update easy and it also plays a significant role for compatibility of the system. Thesecurity requirement of the management system is achieved through differentroles──different rights management. In all, the use of the system is to achieve efficientmanagement of the housing rental businesses.
