Abstract/Summary:
Household management is used by many countries in the world, an importantnational administrative system; its main function is the functional departments of thegovernment through the registration of citizens ’basic management, verification ofcitizens’ civil rights and capacity for civil conduct, proof of citizenship, facilitatecitizens’ participation in various social activities. Through the household registration, itcan develop economic and social development planning for the government. Itimplements the administration of public security management, including demographicdata and the underlying data. Undoubtedly, the existing household registration systemhas played an important historical role.Factors such as population, population quality and population structure is acomplex systems engineering, stable population development is directly related to oursocial, economic sustainable development. How to accurately portray the number andpredict the population as well as various demographic indicators to develop healthypopulation development plan coordinated with social and economic development inChina has a decisive significance. Shanghai Jinshan Sanyo Chinese New Village,population movements and land rental management system is born out in this context.This system is based on the design and implementation of the Struts and Hibernate, andthe use of the JAVA language features, such as: object-oriented, security, concurrencymechanisms, the system has the agility, security and other characteristics. Meanwhile,the relevant administrative departments of this system based on more reasonable tosearch for and manage the data of the floating population, improve the efficiency of thesector, so that to maximize. The main content of the paper is as follows:(1) A comprehensive exposition of the floating population and rental management,combined with the floating population and rental status and lack of delineation of thescope of the problem domain, for their research work;(2) The use of UML to system functional model and data model;(3) Design of specific business processes and system functions moduledecomposition of the design in accordance with the principles of database design, database structure planning;(4) MVC-based development model to develop the application system under theWEB environment so that the floating population and rental management step by stepinformation to form the management and office equipment together constitute theservices to a target man-machine information processing system;...
