Design And Implementation Of Material Management System For State-Owned Enterprise

Due to the low degree of information of a state-owned enterprise,manual recording is used in material management.Manual recording can not only guarantee the standardization and integrity of data,but also cause inconvenience in management,and may even result in the loss of state-owned assets.Effectively form a series of material management norms for collective enterprise material procurement,bidding,inventory,etc.,reduce management costs,thereby improving the core competitiveness of enterprises,and achieving comprehensive,informational,systematic and standardized material management is a difficult problem for enterprise leaders.It is imperative to build a state-owned enterprise material management system.Based on the background of a state-owned enterprise where the author is located,this paper has developed a state-owned enterprise material management system to solve the shortage of material management and realize material management.The state enterprise material management system is based on J2EE development,and uses SQL Server2005 as the database management system.The main research contents are as follows:State-owned enterprise material management system adopts the most commonly used Java development language and SQL Server 2005 relational database,and develops material management,supplier management,procurement planning management,bidding management,procurement contract management,purchase order management,procurement acceptance management.Functional modules such as inventory management and system management have realized the informationization of material management.The system is developed according to the steps of software engineering,including system requirements analysis,system design,system implementation and system testing.The waterfall development model is mainly used.This paper focuses on the business requirements,functional requirements,non-functional requirements,system architecture design,business process design,database design,etc.of the material management system,and introduces functional testing,performance testing,etc.The implementation of this project has improved the level of material management of state-owned enterprises,effectively formed a series of material management regulations for state-owned enterprise materials procurement,bidding,inventory,etc.,reduced management costs,thereby improving the core competitiveness of enterprises,solving many links in material management,inconsistent data,etc.problem.
