As education continues to promote information technology, teaching assistant platform has increasingly become an important link with digital campus. Many public universities in this regard as earlier start, has made the implementation of good results, now more mature products on the market are basically to public universities as a template to design and development. Due to various conditions, the private colleges in information technology for teaching services is relatively backward, so by way of independent or cooperative development for private universities to establish a network of academic support platform with great urgency.In this paper we developed teaching assistant platform by .NET Framework., using asp.net+c#+ sql server to achieve the basic functions of the system, and to achieve the resource upload and html online editing by ckeditor+ckfinder open source controls and java script.Papers in the second chapter describes software requirements Analysis about this Tutor Auxiliary Platform, and then established the system's main use case model according to the different levels of functional classification., With the system requirement analysis, Papers in the second chapter designed the system architecture, including the overall structure, the functional architecture and memory subsystem architecture and design of the system's business processes. On this basis, Papers in the second chapter discussed the design of the various functional subsystems, include:system menu and rights management, user and role management, database management of teaching resources and teacher resources library management, curriculum website management, online examination system and questionnaire system and so on.In the fifth chapter, According to design, we study implementation of the system in some key technologies such as general query and statistical analysis, web application-specific performance optimization and more. In the last chapter of this Paper we proposed the system about the direction of further research, and summarize some of the development process experience and understanding.
