Desgin And Implementation Of Scientific Research Management System Based On Web

With the popularization of computer technology and Internet, more and more colleges and universities have carried out the management Informatization construction, including scientific research management.The paper points at the present situation of the scientific research management of College of Information&Business, Zhongyuan University of Technology, points out the existing problems of the scientific research management, expounds the important significance of the development of the scientific research management system,according to the research status at home and abroad, clears the main research content and objective of the subject.In the synthesis of the development experience of the other scientific research management systems and considering the easy operation of the system,the system is based on Web environment,uses Java EE programming technology,and uses My SQL5.x as database management system.The system uses hierarchical structure in the implementation,and uses three more popularlightweight framework,such as Struts,Hibernate and Spring.The paper describes the theoretical principle and technology mainly used in the system.Through the in-depth analysis of the feasibility and demand of the scientific research management system of College of Information &Business, Zhongyuan University of Technology,the paper clears the system’s functions to be achieved.Users of the system mainly includes research worker based on research teacher,research secretary based on the management of Department,research secretary based on the management of University and administrator of the system.In the aspect of system function,the scientific research management system is divided into project management subsystem,achievement management subsystem, performance review subsystem, general management subsystem,personal management subsystem,and administration subsystem.Project management subsystem includes some online functions,such as project application, project approval,mid-term check,project completion,etc;Achievement management subsystem realizes the online entry and audit of achievement information,ensure the uniqueness,accuracy and timeliness of achievement data;Performance review subsystem uses the data of achievement management subsystem to reach the automation and intellectualization of performance review;General management subsystem realizes some functions that are used for the information exchange of scientific research,such as message management,bulletin management,and research dynamic;Personal managementsubsystem is mainly to achieve the management of users’ personal information;Administration subsystem is mainly to create a user and the corresponding function authority.Based on the analysis of the functions’ requirement,the paper expounds the contents of the system design,and uses the sequence diagram,E-R diagram and database table structure for detailed design.After the completion of the development, by testing the system,the basic functions of the system are realized.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the work of the system’s development,the paper points out the system’s deficiencies and areas for improvement,clears the future direction of the promotion or development of the scientific research management system.
