Design And Implementation Of The Financial System In Luan Vocational And Technical College

Along with the growth of network technology and the utility of computer technology, the information construction of colleges and universities are also put on the agenda. The requirements’reform of financial management system are improved, at the same time, the study on financial management system at home and abroad are also being strengthened.Financial management is playing a very important role in the management of colleges and Universities, and financial management software system which is advanced and reasonable, can be more effective to optimize the financial management and play a very important constituent in the standardization of the colleges management.The financial information system has the financial system restructuring, integration with other departments to achieve all of the financial information, real-time data sharing, to avoid the "information isolated island" phenomenon, the maximum possible increase the timeliness, relevance and sharing. Improving the financial sector efficiency, real-time control and risk prevention of the relevant business departments to happen.Based on the actual work of colleges and universities, the demand analysis of the financial system are summarized and the research and development of colleges and universities, financial system design, firstly, the principle and the goal of system design are introduced, combined with the actual needs of the Institute of financial work, technical architecture of the financial system of the top-level design, and the functions of the each subsystem is designed in detail, including the user window module design, document processing module design, module design, budget plan and payment management module design, design flow and design ideas and given for each module of the detailed.Based on the ASP (Active Server Page)-"active server pages ", author has completed the database software by SQL Sever2005. And the financial management information system which includes system login, the assignment of user right, the module of adding person, the module of document processing, the module of funding plan and the module of payment management is set up. The software system has been designed and developed, and has good reflection during the time of using in the financial department of the Luan Vocation Technology College. In this paper, author gives the interface of the designed software system, and gives the analysis and introduction of the software’s interface. Through the author’s hard work, the financial software system which is developed for Luan Vocation Technology College has been tested in the practice of the financial department. The test results are introduced, and the results are analyzed and studied. The financial software system meets the financial department’s requirements.
