With the first computer appears in the1950s,computer and related technology hadbeen greatly improved.Especially in these years,the boom number of PC makecomputer science become so important in our life.In1960s,computer applications gotinvolved in the study of human resource.The study of HRMS in foreign country is basedon theoretical basis,and now are so developed.Corresponding,the technology of HRMSin our country is undeveloped,artificial and semi-automatic style in human resourcemanagement is still very common.This HRMS based on the B/S structure, achieved a highly efficient personnelmanagement system functions with browser/server model, to update, set a password,wages and bonuses paid to statistics,and so on Function. Improved business efficiencyand competitiveness to meet the needs of modern business management.JSP inherited all the characteristics of the Java language, and the prospects for thedevelopment of very broad and it’s free,therefore the item was used as the JSP.The useof the database in Microsoft SQL Server2005. Compared to SQL Server2000,it’s saferand more stable.In this system, the integration of resources in human resources, processmanagement, data access, information presentation, these core modules design, develop,and applied to a number of enterprises, after repeated testing, deployment, testing andimproved finally got available system.
