The system(the pharmaceutical management system of the hospital) designs three modules in total: management of pharmacy store, outpatient pharmacy management and inpatient pharmacy management. The system can basically succeed in purchasing drugs from suppliers and putting them into pharmacy store, and delivering them according to the outpatient pharmacy and hospital pharmacy' s plan requesting drugs. Among them, the plan is decided according to the upper and low limiting control of pharmacy store of inventory management of two pharmacies. After delivery, the drugs are checked and accepted by two pharmacies and put in the store. According to the prescription of outpatient doctor, outpatient pharmacy dispenses drugs. According to various prescription bills of medical advices of ward doctors, hospital pharmacy confirms the bill and dispenses drugs. The upper and low limits of drug stocks can be determined according to the statistics of the monthly average dosage of each drug of two pharmacies. Inventory management also includes drug inventory and the report of losses. And two pharmacies also can mutually transfer drugs.
