Logistics work, an essential link in hospital routine work runs through different parts of hospital work. Logistics management work also functions as the logistics supporting system and it is of great significance in medical treatment, teaching and scientific research. Therefore, the level of logistics management has a direct impact on medical care quality and economic benefits. But how to make an improvement in logistics management is a key issue faced by the hospital administrators. Meanwhile, with the advent of Internet information age, more and more industries begin to combine its management with computer application, as network management may help save time and improve work efficiency.The system development is aimed at promoting the information construction of the Third People's Hospital in Liaoyang City, improving the routine work efficiency of logistics personnel, standardizing the management methods concerning parking lots and logistics warehouses. In addition, it is intended as a way of improving the staff office environment, relieving their work pressure and saving manpower and material resources. The details are as follows:In terms of the existing problems of logistics support work in the Third People's Hospital of Liaoyang City, the demands consistent with the hospital's requirements are proposed practically in the study. The logistics management system of the Third People's Hospital in Liaoyang is implemented on the basis of the demands analysis and system design. Besides, the system is developed based on Visual Studio 2005 and SQL Server Database, and the logistics resources of the hospital are integrated considering modern management theory. Moreover, the applied three-level data structures can effectively ensure the data integrity and security.As for system functions, functions that could meet the actual needs of hospital logistics are provided, for instance, materials management, vehicle and parking management, energy-saving information management. The system page design is simple and convenient for a user to operate and it may help the system operators quickly master the system operating techniques.When various functions of the system are realized, based on the design of the test documentation and test cases for testing the system, the system is tested in detail. The design is also modified according to the test results. With these steps of software engineering, the system is completed to the deadline and has gained the good application effect.The system proves to have met the users'requirements after a period of operation. It contributes a lot to the information advancement of the hospital logistics, and it plays an important role in optimizing the hospital logistics management, improving the efficiency of logistics work, strengthening the construction of the logistics team and promoting the development of the hospital.
