Design And Implementation Of Hospital Logistics Material Management System

Logistics management is an important content of large-scale comprehensive hospital construction,and even the key to improve the quality of logistics services.The development of the hospital directly affected by the level of material management.A wide range of equipment and materials,the frequent use of medical documents,the hospital management into a bottleneck,manual management,low efficiency,high error rate,the urgent need for information management.The establishment of an efficient and convenient hospital logistics management system through the use of network technology,database and computer technology can greatly reduce the operating costs of hospitals,improve the service quality of hospitals and provide more convenient and superior services to medical and nursing staff.Under the impetus of national policies,a set of unified and multi-channel hospital logistics management system was established based on the practical application of logistics management in hospitals,providing technical support for logistics management to standardize,refine and intelligentize,Integrated hospital logistics management is feasible.In this paper,according to the current status of hospital logistics management,we designed and implemented a hospital logistics management system that can meet the hospital's modern logistics management.Using the C / S architecture,combined with PowerBuilder development platform,the use of Oracle database technology,starting from the hospital logistics existing business processes,all the logistics management business into the software system,through the basic idea of software engineering,project requirements for Analysis,understanding of the project design work needs,design,development,testing and other work of all the implementation process.In addition,in terms of system security,this paper focuses on system security,encryption technology and database security technology to ensure the system running smoothly and safely.The system has carried out the development and design of various functional modules,such as material procurement,warehousing,requisition,maintenance,finance and so on.It is very comprehensive and can effectively manage all aspects of logistics activities.Relying on the system,we can improve the efficiency of clinical work to ensure the accuracy of the hospital's logistics management and reduce the losses caused by work errors.
