Design And Implementation Of Educational Administration System Of A College

As the increase of the state investment in higher education and the gradual deepening of the higher education, the number of college students in China has increased dramatically, as well as the data of educational affairs administration. However, the educational affairs administration system of college is still remain in the traditional mode. Its development speed could not meet the need of the large data, In order to eliminate the drawbacks of the traditional teaching administration mode, promote the network educational administration, improve the efficiency of educational administration in the college, and facilitate the high-efficiency communication, according to the specific content of the daily teaching work in the college, the author designed a set of educational administration system which is applied to the college. The main work and achievements include:Firstly, after summarizing the characteristics of educational administration system, and comparing a few software highly used on the market, the conclusion can be made. The educational administration system should have some important characteristics:simply operating, easily course generating, intuitive schedule, conveniently adjusting, the student management module is as important as the educational administration module, etc. Thus, according to the specific conditions of the targeted, the paper put forward the suggestion of the research and development of the computer teaching work administration system which is suitable for the college.Secondly, this paper analyzes the business requirements of the whole system, comb the business process of the educational administration system, respectively on the system of basic information administration, student registration administration, academic administration, curriculum administration and other functional requirements. On the basis of detailed analyses on system performance, reliability, security and other non-functional requirements, it illustrates the design of five main modules and nineteen sub-modules to further define the system function;Thirdly, the overall structure of the system is analyzed, and hence the overall design, as well as each modules design and database design, is completed with the use of SOA architecture, MVC, SQL Server 2008 technology;Fourthly, the author analyzes and designs educational administration system respectively on business model, business process and database. The key database module of educational administration system gives special design to functions and performance. The interface of running for the system is provided to demonstrate the business process in a batter way. And the system performance test is completed by the test tool.The innovation of this paper is based on the SOA architecture and SQL Server 2008 technology to achieve the educational administration system, the market unified module design, the design of the educational administration system has greatly improved the processing efficiency, reduce the cumbersome input, labor burden and the external human factors, while the use of this platform greatly promote the transparency of the work of students, through the scheduling heuristic algorithm to optimize the specific arrangements of all courses.
