In the recent years, as the fast development of higher-vocational education, college-enterprise cooperation getting more and more, set up higher-vocational colleges with it's own characteristics and specialist, study and working combine together which is inevitable and essential way to make higher-vocational education forward. In this process, respond to market demand, some small factories established by college and enterprise focus on SMT start and becoming more and more. Existing manufacturing execution system(MES) has been applied in the SMT, however, information management system based on MES ideas of both college and enterprise is not mature and should be improved.This thesis explains what's MES, describes the relationship between MES and management systems, MES and control systems. During the process of analysis of requirement, case diagrams are used in static structure description under the background of college-enterprise cooperation. The requirement of users reflected accurately by this. This thesis expounds SMT college-enterprise cooperation architecture and implementation technology based on the idea of MES. The system is designed in B/S and C/S hybrid software structure. The development environment is Microsoft Visual Studio.NET 2005. The development of language use C#. The database platform use good flexibility and stability of SQL Server 2005. Basis on the requirement analysis, the system hardware and software environment planed and system design discussed and analyzed,including basic idea and principle. Based on these, according to modular thinking analysis the function requirement and complete construction and database design, and model proposed. It is composed of seven modules include workshop data acquisition, workshop process management, workshop material inventory management, workshop quality management, college-enterprise cooperation equipment management, training and examination management and system management.Study by this thesis can effectively improve management of factory; enhance production efficiency and products reliability.
