Flame image based temperature measurement is a new technology , it can acquire the temperature field of comburent object surface , and indicate combustion state of comburent object . Flame temperature field measurement plays an important role in burning process control , production safety and environment protection . In this thesis , we discussed the basic theory and the status about this technology , designed software package , and analyzed the problem founded in calculation. The main works are follows:1. The methods applied to measure the temperature are summarized, and the problems existing in these methods are analyzed.2. Based on comparison of several commonly used methods in temperature field measurement, an improved method is put forword.3. Combined colorimetric methods brightness method and reference temperature method , the saturation error caused by CCD is cut down significantly.4. According to theory of software engineering, We designed system of temperature measurement, and developed a software package.5. We analyzed and designed image collection module, image matching module, image filter module and program view.6. The error occurred in temperature measurement are analyzed and reduced.7. The black body furnace WHT-01 is used to do a lot of experiments, experiment results , based on the analysis of the precision experiment parameters are acquired.
