Research On Cloud Manufacturing Resource Scheduling And Integration

To effectively solve the key technical problems in the process of building and implementing the cloud manufacturing platform, such as setting up the early platform needed manufacturing resource virtualization, virtualized resources scheduling optimization problem after releasing the task, and the resources integrated optimization problems, this paper carried out these researches. The main research contents are as follows:(1) Research on virtualization of cloud manufacturing resources. Cloud manufacturing resources have large data attributes, through the literature reading and clustering analysis of cloud manufacturing resources for classification, classification by using multi-dimensional attributes to describe the manufacturing of physical resources virtualization.(2) Research on the scheduling optimization of cloud manufacturing resource. Cloud manufacturing resource scheduling task was described by the system, and it was decomposed. It analysised the cloud manufacturing resource scheduling objectives and constraints, and it was using bat algorithm to find the global optimal solution, with other algorithms in comparison, it was proved that bat algorithm in solving the problem is more quickly and efficiently.(3) R Research on integration and optimization of cloud manufacturing resources. Cloud manufacturing resource matching after packaged integration, realize resource in the procedure call can cooperate to complete the objectives and tasks, more rapid response production tasks, build a about integrated manufacturing capacity of mathematical model and the simulation data to verify.
