In recent years, the real estate agent has drawn their attention to the commercial real estate business area; with the rapid development of urban complex, its economic benefits have been caught attention of all business area. Chinese department of taxation lack individualized model and system of Tax-collection and administration of the urban complex. However the application system function is still not perfect, how to optimize application system to set up tax-collection administration model under current condition of informatization is the key issue in front of us.Under the phenomenon of rapid development of urban complex, the thesis begins from the tax revenue supervision and investigation of selected Tianjin urban complex project under informatization. Relying on Management, Information theory, tax revenue theory, the writer analyzes the advantages and disadvantages which existed in the current tax-collection model of urban complex and borrows foreign country's advanced experience of tax-collection, then finally puts forward suggestions and methods to optimized tax-collection and information system under current condition of informatization.The writer suggests that China should continue to support the development of urban complexes. To implement tax revenue system informatization, there are two points that we can do: First, pay attention to the information security. The most of all is the statistics and information of taxpayers. Second, focus on the training of professionals so that the construction of qualified talent and tax revenue system informatization proceed simultaneously, and finally realize the goal of professionalized tax revenue system.
