It is necessary to give full play to the education software resources of the important support role for National Education Informationization. Education software resources is of great significance to promote the teaching reform of education. It can enrich the forms of learning and promote the educators to change the way of teaching. In addition, it has an important influence on the teaching management, teacher training, remote education and other fields. But at present, the education software market resources is inadequate.To boom the education software market in China, it is necessary to cultivate high quality education software development talents. As the core strength of education software resources construction, they are the cultivation task of the direction of education software development under Education Technology. But the existing university curriculum system is not perfect, there are many problems in talent training process. Therefore, confirming the basic abilities of high quality education software development talents and cultivating qualified education software development talents are becoming the present urgent matter.This research mainly uses literature research, questionnaire survey, structural equation model analysis and inductive deductive methods. It sums up that the education software development talents need to require four basic skills, which are technology development, teaching design, independent learning and art processing. On this basis, in order to provide a scientific basis for the cultivation of education software development talents in colleges and universities, it needs to construct the education software development talent curriculum system. The specific research process is as follows:Confirming the research question by combining the era environment, the researcher tries to find the entry point of the study based on the analysis of the research status. The researcher also sums up four basic skills required for education software development and their corresponding indicators by the method of literature research.Besides, the research priorities are as follows, “education software developers basic ability questionnaire” based on four basic abilities and the corresponding indicators, model construction, reliability and validity analysis, confirmation of the scale structure rationality. Then on the basis of the ability dimension weight coefficient analysis, it demonstrates the rationality and scientificality of the scale.In addition, the researcher designs “the Education Technology professional undergraduate basic abilities questionnaire” based on the above results to investigate education software development direction of training students' present situation. Comparing the relevant conclusions and the data in the third chapter, the researcher finds out the defects of the existing curriculum system.Finally, the research builds the education software development talent curriculum system from four aspects, that is to say, the curriculum objectives, curriculum content, curriculum implementation and evaluation system. It enriches and improves the construction of the curriculum system of the existing education software development talents in colleges and universities, provides references to the training work of the existing university education software development talents, improves their quality and promotes the prosperity of the education software market.
