Nowadays, the television screens are filled with the love and marriage show which happened in workplace, the stars reality show and the singing competition show. At the same time, the rising and hitting of native original Chinese language TV shows leads a new popular fashion in TV shows. The core of this kind of original cultural is the Chinese language culture which is belong to traditional culture. It attracts a lot of audiences by using the modern TV art methods and new programs which is cause by the time feeling cognitive style. Chinese language class TV stick to draw nutrition from the excellent culture of the Chinese nation, convey ideas, concise value, carry forward the socialist core values, reveal the national self-confidence and national culture ? Therefore, the hit of this type of show has an extreme and important practical significance to arouse national collective memory and combing native language value behind text. This paper choosed Chinese Characters Dictation Competition as the representative of the Chinese language TV shows. This paper want to make a contributution to the sustainable development of Chinese language television by analyzing thenprogram compositionthe, the content of the program, transmission methods and brand building.This paper will analyze the present situation of Chinese language cultural television in first part. First of all, the connotation of Chinese language TV was defined. Concept is fuzzy,because Chinese language culture TV is a new kind of program which appeared in recent years. The author make a defination through collecting a large number of academic journals digital newspapers, media reports and other information in school library. The defination is that Chinese language is the main content, make full use of television transmission methods, using the art aesthetic thinking create screen effect, emphasize the inheritance of Chinese language and culture and aesthetic entertainment integrated audio-visual experience as one of the TV show". Secondly, in the face of the hit of Chinese Characters Dictation Conferenceand so on Chinese language class television, the author will do a systematic carding and construction of innovation background and motivation.In the second part, the author will analyze the Chinese language TV by two ascept: program content and the program form innovation. First of all, the author thinks that TV programs should pursue the theme of "content is king" ?Because only the high quality and excellent content can arouse and affect audience in reason and sensibility. So it has important social significance and value that Chinese language TV insisted in absorbing nutrition from the traditional culture in content. The important reason of that a lot of TV programs are "highbrow" is that the form of TV program are rigid?And Chinese language class TV achieve several screen linkage through variety of competitive?This show breakthrough and innovation of TV programs. Faced with the television competition in the market and the increasing aesthetic needs of audience, The sustainable development of Chinese language class must base on the innovation of content and form.In the third part, the authir will analysis the innovation of dissemination through communication channels, communication strategy and the art features of communication of the Chinese language classes TV programs. Firstly, the Chinese language TV culture program change from the single transmission mode in past to use three-dimensional transmission channel. It make audience feel the influence and creativity of shows through entire media thinking orientation and the precision of directional push information. Secondly, Chinese TV culture programs will help television audience feel the charm of culture in the participation of learning Chinese language and culture by the communication strategy of suspense drama, the dualism of the perceptual and the rational and the interactive experience. Finally, the Chinese language programs achieve the double height ascension of art spread function both on "efficiency" and "character". It is not only benefit to the improvement of the culture of television production level, but also to the contemporary Chinese cultural demand for TV products.The fourth part discusses the cultural brand innovation of Chinese language television. Firstly, the author has made the definition of TV brand. It reflects that theTV brand is closely related to innovation development of program. Secondly, Chinese language class TV culture program accept the challeng and grasp the opportunity in the time offull media competition by insist the principle of localization, specialization of production and diversified exploration? Finally, the brand of Chinese language class TV is advantageous to the formation of faithful audience and create the brand extension effect.The last part is the reflection and prospect of the innovation of Chinese language class television. Although Chinese TV culture programs realize in the innovative development inthe form of content, communication, and the brand building, it still has some disadvantages. For example, the lacerate of "heritage" and "innovation", the lacerate of "produce subject" and "accept subject" and the lacerate of " present innovation" and "sustainable innovation". These problems should cause our attention and reflection. Based on the existing problems, Chinese language TV culture program need to stick to "cultural mission", build dedicated network communication mechanism and form effective management mechanism in the future.
