Temperature is one of the biggest factor of climatic to affect bee life activities,in the cold season,the bees showed a tightening overall ellipsoidal distribution;in the warm season,the bees spread on the sheets of honeycomb form nearly uniform distribution.Especially in their reproduction time,the hive inside will remain at the optimum temperature to hatch eggs.Humidity have impact on bees embryonic period and later development,as well as on temperature inside of hive.Existing studies only show that bees have the ability to regulate the temperature of the hive,but not provide a comprehensive and quantitatively study of the distribution of temperature and humidity in the regulation process.Therefore taking further comprehensive,accurate and effective internal temperature and humidity data acquisition has a great significance to study beehive regulatory mechanism of constant temperature inside hive.In this paper,according to combining sensor technology,communications technology and computer technology to achieve elaborate beehive 30 monitoring points within temperature and humidity data acquisition and analysis system.Where to set 30 monitoring sites position in the hive based on hive spatial symmetry and septum plane symmetry property;the system use a high-precision sensors as temperature and humidity collection terminal device which called sht21 within a small-scale size,and could output digital signal,besides,it also integrated temperature and humidity acquisition function;micro-controller transmitting the collected temperature and humidity data after processed via wireless or wired to the PC;PC real-time monitoring software is a application developed by using Delphi7,the software has a good user interaction function,for temperature and humidity collected data display,storage,given the greater amount of data needs to be stored,the system uses SQL Server2000 database as a back-end data management system;use Matlab and Excel software to process and analysis storage data.When put system in practical application,experimental hives were placed in a controlled temperature environment and the natural environment to monitor temperature,then get numbers of data internal and external hive under the hive place in low or high temperature environment.Through a lot of temperature and humidity data analysis revealed the distribution of temperature and humidity inside the hive under different ambient temperature conditions.This article discusses the following aspects content:(1)Hive multi-point temperature and humidity monitoring system frame structure,designing 30 monitoring points to comprehensive and quantitatively reflect temperature and humidity of hive.(2)Sensor selection and perform parameters,and sensor array circuit design and the mode of sensor and micro-controller communication.(3)Take stc micro-controller as the core controller for signal acquisition processing and transmission systems design,using keilC language to design lower computer program,using ZigBee wireless communication or RS232 serial communication mode to transmit data,to realize communication with the host machines.(4)To design temperature and humidity of hive software on the basis of SPCOMM widget in Delphi7 platform,and connected back-end database through ADO widget to achieve data collection,storage,analysis and processing.(5)To analysis and discuss acquisition data by Matlab and Excel ect software.
