The credit card points is most popular for people, but few banks do the business of the debit card points and retail banking full products points. The business of debit card points and retail banking full products points will improve the retail business of bank significantly. The difference of credit card points make fee income of bank, it increase the bank save by customer's consumer demand, and the bank save will increase the income of bank too. The full retail products points calculate points for customers with their contribution of bank income, it will make customers to join more retail business at the bank. The bank improve its income by the increasing of retail business, in the other hand, one customer jion much more retail business will increase the loyalty of customer, and the bank may going to have many quality and stable customer resource.This project used the existing information resources of the branch bank, and designed a customer points management system, which makes the Commercial bank to be more informationized at points calculation, points changing and points bill business. This project adopts J2EE as the major technology of the customer points management system, and integrates other techniques, such as Struts framework, Spring framework, Hibernate framework. In order to ensure the security and timeliness, the system uses point calculation process to calculate all kind of points.The Customer Points Manage System provides a information platform for the Wuhan Branch of Huaxia Bank to do a debit card points business and full retail products points business. It is also capable of ensuring the system security.
