With the development of domestic economic growth rate slowed down, the internal competition of various industries is growing. Competition between agricultural materials enterprises has gradually become incandescent. At present, the management mode which many agricultural materials enterprises selected is low-level. Information technology is relatively backward. Resulting in excess or deficiency production and the poor operation flow. It's become burden affect the enterprise's survival and development. How to predict the quantity of the stock accurately, improve the value of the stock, and quicken the turnover of capital, have become the urgent problem for the enterprise.The business status of agricultural enterprises as the starting point. On the basis of study about domestic and foreign agricultural inventory management, induce factors what influence the agricultural materials inventory demand. Multiple imputation methods has been used to optimized the BP (back propagation) neural network to build inventory prediction scheme. Combined with the reservoir deposit demand status of each business personnel and functional unit, design and implementation of agricultural management information system based on C/S structure mode.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) Analysis the current management situation and demands in agricultural materials enterprise. Analysis agricultural materials enterprises in orders process, warehouse management, market control and other aspects of the business situation. In accordance with the role of agent dealers, big farmer, area managers to analysis their demands. At the same time, make detailed analysis about purchase, warehouse, sales and other functional module. Induce four factors what influence the agricultural materials inventory demand.(2) Study on the prediction of agricultural materials inventory. The simulation of traditional BP neural network using MATLAB software to demonstrate the method on the agricultural inventory demand predicting application feasibility. And aiming at the missing data of some sample points in the input layer, the multiple imputation method is used to carry out data interpolation, and to explore the effect of different replaced value collection size on the computation efficiency. Through the simulation experiment, the data interpolation scheme is determined.(3)Implementation of agricultural management information system. Based on the E-R graph to design detailed data tables for main entities. On the Microsoft. Net framework platform, design and develop agricultural materials management information system including purchase management, order management, warehouse management, decision support and basic information management.Under the "Anhui Science and Technology Research Projects (No.1301032169)-Research and Application of the Key Technology About Agricultural Materials Logistics Informationization During the Whole Course E-commerce Project" support, the research result of agricultural materials management and inventory demand prediction has certain reference value.
