The Design And Implementation Of YiNing Agriculture Agricultural Materials Wholesale Company Management System For ShouGuang

The Shouguang YiNing agricultural company introduces advanced technology and management concepts and proposes to establish a set of agricultural supplies wholesale management system in order to standardize the management of agricultural supplies wholesale, manages agricultural supplies wholesale through network technology and improves the efficiency of company management.This paper uses UML modeling language and describes the design and implementation of the management system of Shouguang YiNing agricultural company by using the use case diagram, class diagram, sequence diagram, activity diagram and ect. First, we gave the system development background, and then described the system functional requirements through use case analysis and use case diagram. The system functions are divided into five requirements module:procurement management, warehouse management, sales management, logistics management and early warning management. We designed the system architecture and the structure of the program, and described the detailed design of the system function by adopting the class diagram and timing diagram and showed system database table structure and E_R diagram, realized system function interface, described some functions realized process through activity diagram, showed the parts of the system functions code. Finally, system was overall tested and implemented the Overall human resources management system.The system uses B/S architecture, designs system overall framework by adopting Struts and Hibernate framework technology based on the J2EE. We designed program structure of the various functional modules and integrated system functional modules on the basis of System architecture. We uses SQL Server2005as the database server and the system realized procurement management, warehouse management, sales management, logistics management and early warning management function module. We achieved a synthesized management system which integrated procurement, warehousing, distribution, wholesale sales and wholesale business into a whole, which provides an electronic platform for agricultural materials wholesale management for YiNing agricultural company.The establishment of agricultural materials wholesale management system of Shouguang YiNing agricultural company, in the light of large-scale and professional agricultural materials wholesaler industry characteristics, manages purchase, marketing, storage, exchange settlement core processes entire time. Computer technology improves enterprises’operating efficiency, reduces operator error situation and business management costs, increases enterprises’ operating promotions, and enterprises well aware of all aspects of the operation. It realizes the dynamic real-time monitoring of cash flow, logistics and information flow for agricultural supplies wholesale enterprises operations and elevate operational efficiency and competitiveness of the agricultural wholesale enterprises.
