The Research Of Exchange Method Of Electric Power Real-Time Information Based On Component Technology

Real-time information of the electric power system is depended on multi-subsystems of different functions, there is no standard to the method of traditional data exchange. So there are many problems such as: many interfaces, poor accessibility and security and etc, this brings on many"information island". Under this circumstance, this paper analyses the merits and shortcoming of several present popular component technologies, and finds out a suited technology OPC for real-time information of the electric power system to research. The paper takes the IEC60870 formats as an example to obtain the data from the spot equipments and design the third layer system structure. The main task of the paper is to realize the business logic layer, that is to say, study how to realize the OPC DA server, then provides the research design scheme and the implement process of this system, and is very successful to exchange the electric power real-time information trough testing.
