D bus mobile TV affiliated to D Radio and television new media center, established in 2006, designed for the general public to provide a wealth of information service and intimate travel company, with public property cannot be ignored. Today, the local bus mobile TV are facing the triple play and the impact of the mobile Internet as a representative of the mobile Internet, the overall operating performance is not good. How to temporarily let people forget the phone in the bus compartment, to enjoy the bus mobile TV program has become a problem all over the bus mobile TV.D bus mobile TV is faced with the lack of a suitable strategic management plan and process, so this paper uses the theory of public management theory of strategic management, the paper uses the literature research, qualitative and quantitative research methods, and the leadership of the interview system analysis of the major issues in D bus mobile TV operators. At the same time, this paper also makes a horizontal comparison between D mobile TV and other areas of mobile TV, looking for gaps and learning experience. In the theoretical analysis, the SWOT analysis method is adopted to analyze the advantages, disadvantages, opportunities and threats of D bus mobile TV, and it has formed a set of practical and feasible strategy to meet the needs of the development of the times and the need to survive.This paper points out that the road to the future development of D bus mobile TV is based on the policy support, and actively expand the platform, and vigorously develop new media potential, and realize the value of the media.
