Research And Development Of Open Operating Management System For Three-Tank Laboratory

Three-tank experiment system is an advanced equipment which consists project application,curriculum teaching and scientific research and development.Not only it has the advantages of small size,low cost,full-featured,simple operate,etc.,and the structure is flexible,the control algorithm is open to the outside world.College teachers in the Three-tank as an experimental platform for experimental teaching,scientific research,can effectively promote the experimenter's manipulative ability,professional knowledge,scientific research level has been improved.However,due to the limitation of time,space and equipment utilization in the traditional experimental teaching,as well as increasing students' interest in learning the advanced laboratory equipment,the disadvantages of the traditional experimental education reflect more and more obvious.With the rapid development of network technology,Internet-based open laboratory is becoming an effective way to solve this problem.Aiming at the above problems,the open operation management system based on B/S model is designed,which is based on the reservation management,laboratory management,customer information management as the core module of Three-tank.This system simplifies the Three-tank laboratory management procedures,increases the capacity utilization of the Three-tank,reduces the workload of teachers and administrators,meets the needs of an open laboratory,and provides a network platform for the study and research of the Three-tank experiment system.This topic will mainly study the technology such as interface technology,authentication technology,information security technology,data exchange technology,high-availability cluster technology,involved in the process of building the open operation management system of Three-tank,and provide theoretical support for the construction of an open operation management system.The main contents include: Use the unified master page technology to ensure the consistency of the overall system interface style;Use SHA hash encryption and Session to store user information to ensure the security of the system information;Use data exchange technology based on Ajax to realize asynchronous transmission of data,reducing the transmission of redundant system data,enhancing the user experience;Use the database connection pool technology to achieve the optimal performance of the system database;Use Heartbeat + DRBD high-availability cluster technology to ensure the stability of the system.Through the system functional testing and performance testing,the response time,concurrent and the maximum number of online are obtained,showed that the Three-tank Open Laboratory Management System for reliable,stable and meet customer needs.
