Laboratory resources of scientific instrument plays a very important role in research, it is thefoundation of scientific research and technological innovation, and an important support ofeconomic and social development. Number of domestic scientific instruments is taking shape atpresent, basically comparable with foreign developed countries, but the utilization rate of scientificinstrument is lower than the average level of developed countries, resulting in the serious waste of it.the main cause of domestic scientific instruments utilization rate of ascension is restricted by thebackward of management, reducing the utilization rate of instruments while Increasing workload ofinstrument administratorWith the computer network technology, database technology and laboratory managementthinking improving constantly, Scientific Instruments Laboratory has gradually manage scientificinstruments intelligently with the method of informatization, that is using laboratory informationmanagement system control the laboratory equipment workflow. Open laboratory instrumentoperation management system can be at a lower operating cost, record the scientific instruments ofthe laboratory operation accurately and standardizationally process laboratory instrument operationbusiness to realize the information management of laboratory science instrument operation,equipment operation data stored in the database and facilitate the subsequent inquiry and statistics.However, the laboratory information management system currently only provides the user with thelaboratory data interactive information management platform and unable to realize automaticmanagement of scientific instruments. Administrators still need to audit operation of user operationof the instruments in the laboratory internal supervision and not yet to unattended open around theclock run scientific instruments laboratory.In view of the above problems, we develop a set of laboratory science instrument openoperation management system in this paper. The system basing on implementation of informationmanagement platform develop automatic monitoring scientific instrument state user rightsmanagement software so that it can realize scientific instrument operation associated with user rights,responsibility, fees and others and the scientific instruments unattended all-weather running open.This paper will discuss the key technology mainly involved in the process of building thelaboratory scientific instruments open operation management system which included dataacquisition technology, rights management technology, information exchange technology andservice platform technology, and theoretical support for the construction of the laboratory scientific instruments open operation management system. The main content includes: presenting a computerprogram based on the data collection method to test the instrument operating software of scientificinstruments workstation and obtain working condition of scientific instruments; designing anoperating privileges authentication mode to effectively manage scientific instruments operatingauthority and improve the security of the operation of the instruments; introducing an Ajax-basedinformation exchange technology to realize asynchronous data transmission, and reduce theredundancy of data transmission; taking SSH development framework to address the complexity ofthe development of the WEB server and support a platform for laboratory scientific instrumentsopen running.The laboratory scientific instruments open operation and management system designed anddeveloped was applied to Laboratory of College of Chemistry, Jilin University, State KeyLaboratory of Supramolecular Structure and Materials, Jilin University and Ministry of EducationKey Laboratory Instruments open platform of groundwater resources and Environment, JilinUniversity, and was also put into practical application at State Key laboratory of Jilin UniversityInorganic synthesis and Preparative Chemistry, and achieved laboratory instruments open running.
